Why I can’t take these pants off…

After I had my second baby, most of my pants were fitting weird or not-at-all.

I was feeling annoyed and a little self-conscious and on top of everything else – caring for a newborn and a toddler, lack of sleep, hormones and breastfeeding challenges – I was struggling to get dressed in the morning.

I’m a pretty body positive person (or at least, I really want to be!) so I didn’t want to feed any shameful feelings about my post-baby bod but I was at a loss for how to dress and feel good.
